Once developed they demand superior property management services. We bring the unique perspective of being an owner, developer, investor and property manager in the East Bay for over 40 years. We are not merchant builders. We build to hold for the long term, with the goal of making a positive contribution to the fabric of the communities in which we invest. We have developed over 7.5 million square feet of commercial, industrial, retail and mixed use projects. Our management strategy centers on tenant retention by providing a demonstrably higher standard of service to our tenants and maintenance of our properties than is found in the market place.
